Oded played at the PG position at a high level for 18 years , with over 11 years playing in the Israeli top league, including teams like Maccabi Tel Aviv, Hapoel Holon and Bnei Herzeliya.
He was also a standout in the top Polish league for years and played in all the ranks of Israel’s national teams.
Oded founded Clutch, An international level player development centre in 2023, with the goal of helping basketball players reach their full potential.

Today, Oded is the top player development trainer in Israel ,and is training most senior Israeli players: Deni Avdija, Roman Sorkin, Bar Timor and many more national team and Israel’s top league players.
In Addition he is the trainer of many high level american players that play in the top league, that works with him at Clutch to work on their game.
